Yes, absolutely. We never charge for quotes and there is no pressure to go ahead. We believe in giving you all the information you need to make the right decision for your home and your budget.

This depends on the size and type of project. Most fencing jobs are completed in one to two days. Gate installations are usually done in a single day. Railing projects take one to three days. Shed installations are typically completed in a day. Garden rooms take one to two weeks. We will always give you a clear timeline before any work begins.

Yes. All of our products come with manufacturer guarantees. The length of the guarantee varies depending on the product and materials used. For example, ColourFence comes with a 25 year guarantee. We will explain the specific guarantee for your chosen product during your consultation.

Fencing Questions

We offer a wide range of fencing options including ColourFence, timber (closeboard, lap panel, picket, featherboard), composite and decorative fencing. Each type is available in various colours, heights and finishes to suit your garden.

Yes. ColourFence never needs painting, staining or treating. It is made from galvanised steel with a durable colour coating that resists fading, rust and weathering. Once installed, it looks great for decades with no effort from you.

Absolutely. Our ColourFence products are tested to withstand winds of up to 130mph. All of our fencing is installed with deep set, concreted posts to ensure maximum stability in all weather conditions.

Yes. We remove and dispose of your old fencing as part of the installation. You do not need to arrange separate removal.

Yes. We offer a wide range of colours across all of our fencing products. We will bring samples to your site visit so you can see the options in person and choose the perfect match for your home.

Gate Questions

We install garden gates, side gates, driveway gates and pedestrian gates. We work with timber, metal, composite and ColourFence materials. We also offer bespoke gate designs for customers with specific requirements.

Yes. We offer a wide range of materials, colours and finishes so we can create a gate that matches your existing fencing or railings perfectly.

We can advise on automation options for driveway gates. Automated gates offer convenience and enhanced security, allowing you to open and close your gates at the touch of a button.

Railing Questions

We offer bow top, vertical bar and custom designed railings. All are made to measure and finished with high quality powder coating for long lasting protection.

Our powder coated railings are virtually maintenance free. A quick wipe down once or twice a year is all that is needed to keep them looking their best.

Yes. We can supply and install matching gates to complement your railings, creating a seamless, coordinated look for your property.

Shed Questions

We offer sheds in a wide range of sizes, from compact 4x3 units to large 12x8 workshops. If you need a specific size, we can build bespoke to your measurements.

Yes. We can prepare concrete, paving slab or timber bases to ensure your shed sits level and stable. A proper base is essential for the longevity of your shed.

Absolutely. We offer a range of customisation options including windows, shelving, workbenches, extra doors, power points and more.

Garden Room Questions

Most garden rooms fall within permitted development rights and do not require planning permission. However, there are conditions relating to size, height and placement. We will advise you during your free consultation.

Yes. Our garden rooms are fully insulated with double glazing and can be fitted with electric heating. They are designed to be comfortable and usable all year round.

Yes. We fit all electrical wiring, sockets, lighting and data connections as part of the installation. Everything is done by qualified electricians to ensure safety and compliance.

Payment and Booking

Once you have received and accepted your quote, we will schedule the installation at a time that suits you. We aim to start most projects within two to four weeks of booking, depending on our current workload.

We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment terms are discussed and agreed before any work begins. We typically require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on completion.
